Well, there have been all sorts of comings and goings here in wizardland.
I've been riding ferries: (which was the fun part of the trip back from Port Townsend there was even a great rainbow!)
I've been checking out wooden kayaks: (and other wooden boats up in Port Townsend... they are incredible)
( once I got over the whole: where am I , where is this train going, and why is there not a person selling tickets in the station thing, It was a grand way to travel south about 5 hours.... I'd do it again in a heartbeat - and next time would take my own bottle of wine (too pricey on the train))
I've been visiting doctors and getting poked, prodded, jiggled, listened too, looked at inside and out, and donated my ample share to various and sundry test vials. No answers as of yet, but I feel quite trusting in current MD. Time will tell.
And in a show of stamina, (and a grand sticking my tongue out at the mystery illness which plagues me) I am slowly continuing on my tattoo... Session 3,
tree completed. (and it will all fade to a gray scale, in fact already has..) Next up is the color being added to one butterfly. Mmmmm.. me likey.
And, in spite of what appears to be quite a bit of hob-nobbing about, there have been quite a few days of energizer bunny down, and thus lots of knitting.
There has been a grand "picot fail" (no peaks in that picot... ugh...
Might require a trip back to my old stompin grounds in New England, to visit my dear pal Carole... in the mean time, its been frogged and added to the never ending.....
BLANKET !
Yes!.
See that pile of completed squares? Taa-daa... There are only about 10 more to sew up, and 5 more to knit, and then the grand attachment shall commence.
But no holding your breath, for all the little tiny black strips need to be sewn.
I shall persevere.
Teyani, it is so difficult to live in a neverland of illness. My heart goes out to you and my prayers of healing and peace. If there is anything I can do for you please let me know. Please take care of yourself (I can see you are) and know I care.

The tattoo is looking fabulous! Sorry about the picot edge fail but if it gets you out here to visit me, well, I'm not all THAT sorry.

I love your tattoo more each time I see it! I'm sorry that you still have no answers to your mystery illness. Picots are my favorite edges...I make them on everything. *hugs* :)
