I'm so glad you're able to spin again! And you're working with some gorgeous fiber.

margene

Oh yummy, yummy, yummy...I love them both! Jessie's fiber is SO nice.

Jane

Hooray for spinning! It's all so beautiful. I can't wait to see the finished yarn.

Wool Winder

Beautiful! I know you are glad to be spinning again. Be careful not to overdo it.

Chris

Yay! I'm glad that you can spin again - it has to bee good for strengthening your hand, doesn't it?

jessie

Beautiful spinning! I forgot all about that fiber you bought from me. It's definitely in good hands. :-)

My default spinning weight is heavy worsted. This is not so much because I can't do thinner, but because most of what I want to knit for winter needs to be heavy! (Oh, yeah, and I like quick results...)

Keep spinning as much as you are able. You do beautiful work!

Karen

I'm so happy for you that you are spinning again. You must be in heaven! It all looks beautiful!

Jennifer

But you can spin in an hour what takes Muggles like me 3 hours.

Leah

Yay, you spinning again! And it looks wonderful of course. But even more, I know it adds to your serenity. There is nothing like spinning to calm the nerves (IMHO).

ceci

YAY!!! I know you missed it more than you let on. Enjoy the gentle rhythm and your beautiful product ;-)

Manise

Very lovely fiber! So glad you are able to spin again. My default spinning tends to be fingering-ish. It's hard to spin like I did as a newbie which was a lovely worsted weight. I should make a concerted effort to get that back considering all these fleeces I have coming back to me processed and all sweater worthy.

And yes, Jessie is awesome! I've ordered from her many times and her customer service is super!! It seems like stuff is on my doorstep the following day after ordering. Already contributed to Claudia and the yarn you donated will be a great thing to win!

KatyaR

Congratulations on spinning again--I bet that feels good!

I agree with you on Jesse's fibers--I just finished spinning up some of her "Real Vermonter" roving, and it's awesome, lovely blues.

My default spinning is also fingerish. I spun Jesse's roving a little bigger, however, and was pleased with the results. I guess I spin thin to get more from my fiber! Ha!

Fiberjoy

Wheeeee! You're spinning again. :-)
